Had a great holiday weekend! Started out on Friday with friends coming over. Watched Book of Eli, Then Kick-Ass. Saturday we went to a party in Hopatcong and set off some fireworks. That was cut a little short when a cop parked himself right next door. I sprained my ankle when I ran down the driveway to tell the others to cool it. Oh well, guess I took one for the team.

Sunday I couldn't put any weight on it when I woke up. After seeing the doctor I got a heating pad and wrapped it. By Saturday night it was feeling pretty good. I was able to hobble enough to set off a bunch more fireworks in front of the house.

By Monday morning it was feeling 100 times better. Unfortunately for my anlke I had Faith No More tickets for that night. Ankle was feeling good all night, but this morning it was back to being pretty sore. Guess I shouldn't have done all that bouncing the night before. Concert was pretty good by the way, first half was far better than the second half though.

So, despite spraining my ankle, had a great weekend hanging out with friends, blowing things up and listening to great music.
